1969 Porsche 911E Targa

%%wppa%% %%slide=288%% %%size=auto%%

Same owner since 1989. Purchased by a daughter for her dad on father’s day. The dad is getting older and so its being sold to get him a “daily driver.” This car is being liquidated to get a newer economical car that can he can drive every day.

Prior to the current ownership the local car was also owned and maintained locally service records show it being serviced by the local specialist shop, Akers. The records show significant maintenance over the life of the vehicle. It showed only 30,000 miles back in 1989.

Runs beautifully. In addition to being serviced at Akers, the car benefits from an owner who was a Boeing contract machinist and son-in-law who is a lifetime Ferrari trained mechanic. Few cars would be so fortunate as to have had such careful hands and eyes always watching over and caring for it.

Condition-wise cosmetically the car is very nice. The older repaint has had some issues but looks very nice at any distance. The pans are totally solid. The doors, trunk, and hood all open and close well.  The interior is very nice indeed. The trunk compartment is very tidy. The ending compartment could use a little detail, but is very presentable.

The car performs as would be expected and is one of the most solid examples we have ever seen. We are pricing this car so that it will sell quickly. The opportunity is here for a buyer to get a very nice car at a very good price. Please feel free to contact us should you wish for additional information. Total mileage unknown.
