TO BE SOLD AT NO RESERVE
1941 International K-3 Experimental Milk Truck
This 1941 International K-3 Experimental Milk Truck belonged to the privately owned Fort Lewis Dairy Co. while it was in business from 1939 to 1964. Only three of these trucks were made and sent to the dairy in 1941. When Pearl Harbor was attacked at the end of 1941 the company discontinued production of the trucks. The truck was in service from 1941 until 1964 when the dairy was sold.
This truck is a wonderful reminder of the rich history of Washington State and the beginnings of the Tacoma, DuPont and Fort Lewis area. The ‘41 International also comes with an extensive dairy collection gathered from the remains of the Fort Lewis Dairy Co. by a private collector.
