The Cartermobile was designed by J. O. Carter’s Carter Motor & Manufacturing Company in Hannibal, MO, in 1915. His only automobile was his prototype. None were put into mass production. Imported to the US from London, where it was purchased new. This pre-war, very early for its time- electric motorette boasts original upholstery including top. Have confidence drag racing your grandma’s Rascal as you blow past her at 15-18 mph and don’t stop at the quarter mile marker since you have a 20-mile range for cruising. Tires are nearly petrified.

Giver her a little love. Take home a piece of history with this early piece of technology that is still very prominent in today’s world.
