Description: Rare opportunity to own a local 2 owner car that has always been garaged. Last driven in 1980. ThisĀ  Karman Ghia was purchased when it was 6 months old by the 2nd owner, who gave it to his son when he turned 16 on the day that he got his driver’s license in 1971. In the mid 70’s, this Ghia was drag raced against muscle cars at Golden Gardens, and never lost! Custom one-off impossible to duplicate wide 13″ wheels with factory hubcaps, custom headlights and racing suspension, custom convertible top with factory wood bows in excellent condition, squareback type 3 transmission with racing gears. Currently has no engine! Previously had a porsche super 90 engine installed. Corners like it is on rails and with whatever engine you decide to install, it will surprise you with how fast it is. The restoration process will be left up to the new owner’s imagination.
