“Rosie” was built in June of 1923 at Oakland, CA Fisher Body Plant. She was in San Bernardino, CA until 1962 when she was purchased by the Nelson family who lived in Sherman Oaks, CA. She was brought to Washington state in 1980 but restoration did not begin until 2006. Restoration was done as closely as possible to original specifications. Thanks to the following people and companies who helped make this possible:
- Hagen’s Auto Parts, Puyallup, WA
- Shoreline Boat, Canvas & Auto Restoration, Port Orchard, WA
- Innovative Auto Restoration, Belfair, WA
- Westbay Auto Part, Gig Harbor, WA
- Body Work by Ziggy, Vaughn, WA
“Rosie” was restored for all to look, touch, smell and ride in! She is not a show car and we do use her for errands although a normal errand usually turns into an “ADVENTURE”. Please do enjoy!
