1989 Mercury Marquis Colony Park LS Wagon
This 2 Owner Grand Marquis LS Colony Park is fully loaded and was top of the line with all options available. Included are the following: leather interior (no rips or tears), power windows, door locks, mirrors, cruise control, air conditioning with auto climate control, trip computer, AM/FM radio with cassette player and Premium Sound, and a two-way tailgate that swings open or folds down with a pair of center-facing seats in the cargo area. Everything works like new! (Fuel gauge inop, but "Trip Computer" is accurate with remaining miles left to go in every tank at all times). Oh, and a brand-new set of Hankook white wall tires (not shown in pix)
This car started out life on Monkey Island, Florida, a canal community just north of Tampa, when the original owners retired and settled in, leaving Michigan in their rearview mirror.
In 2022, they gifted this beautiful car to their daughter, who was a single mom raising three youngins back in New Hudson, MI. After a few months of ownership, she decided a minivan would be much more appropriate for their needs and traded it in. It has since been on display and a welcome sight for all, but it is now time to move on to its next chapter.
A very, very nice example of a so-called "bygone" era! It runs and drives in an extremely appropriate manner with no shortcomings.
