1970 Volkswagen Kharmann Ghia: Owned by one family in Tucson, in the same neighborhood, maintained for decades at Chirco. The son of the original owner sold it to a young emergency room doctor who drove her daughters to concerts at the U of A in it. Mild customization as you will see. Everything works. The motor was rebuilt about 4 years ago (less than 1000 miles ago) by Chirco in Tucson. No damage ever that I can find. The drivers' floorboard has been reinforced from above. Quick shift kit, electric fuel pump, LED headlights with eyebrows, slightly dropped in front. There are stereo speakers in a briefcase behind the rear seat.
